Every feature works without it — membership just saves you more
Membership tiers affect only three things: your discount on Game Points, the platform service fee in Flex mode, and bonus Game Points on purchase. When it ends you return to the free tier; your account and data are unaffected.

Before you start, you may want to know
You return to the free tier and the discount and bonus no longer apply. Your account, events and registration data stay, and features you already unlocked keep working.
The feature is paused and all existing data is kept; unlock it again to continue, with nothing to re-enter.
The billing mode is chosen per event, so different events can use different modes.
Yes. Game Points top-ups, membership purchases and the service fees charged by the platform can all be invoiced from the organizer console.
